Very good area to stay in par-is with nice clean rooms and friendly staff at the reception. Rooms good for indians with charging points for indian chargers available in the rooms. Eiffel tower view from the rooms is great.

It was a nice stay at hotel Hyatt. I along with my wife celebrated Xmas in Paris. The room got upgraded to 31st floor and it was a very nice view. Good quality was good but the hotel staff was not as friendly as we have experienced at other places.

Worst staff at reception

It was an horrible experience with the staff in the hotel especially at reception and one of their manager, they were extremely rude, unwilling to help and lacked basic etiquette of talking to guests Hotel is far from City center and the closest point of interest is arc de triomphe. Which is approx 10-15 minutes walk. It looks like a very upmarket hotel, but lacks basic hospitality. Rooms have Eiffel tower view higher floor's. Hotel has good connectivity to Airport.

Location is very good, 1km walk to arc the triomphe; port melliote station is right next to the property where direct buses from CDG / Orly come. View from the room was awesome - can see eiffel and AC the triomphe together - looks beautiful at night. They are renovating the property so some noise was expected

The room is small but the location is excellent and metro stop is at -1 level with lots of shopping stores, supermarket. You can have a room with the view of Eiffel Tower. WiFi works very well and Eiffel Tower is only 15 mins away from the hotel.

Hyatt just bought this hotel, so it still looks a little old. Our room was quite good, however the rooms of some other people especially on the upper floors was worn out. I think it will take Hyatt some time to get this hotel to its usual high standards. Overall, we had a decent experience.

It was good but staff at concierge desk was not good. I would like to advise all of you to not to depend on these people for timings of any show in or around Paris of any kind they wont be able to guide you guys properly. I may never recommend any one for the same.

Hyatt just bought this فندق حياة ريجنسي باريس إيتوال, so it still looks a little old. Our room was quite good, however the rooms of some other people especially on the upper floors was worn out. I think it will take Hyatt some time to get this فندق حياة ريجنسي باريس إيتوال to its usual high standards. Overall, we had a decent experience.

Very good area to stay in par-is with nice clean rooms and friendly staff at the reception. Rooms good for indians with charging points for indian chargers available in the rooms. Eiffel tower view from the rooms is great.
