I was on a solo trip there from 8th to 11th jan2024. A fantastic location with the most awesome breakfast view. Very polite staff, kind and helpful. Very clean.

We loved our stay at great pyramid inn. It's right outside the main entrance of the pyramids and has a beautiful view of the pyramids from the rooftop. The food is good and has decent options. The staff is helpful and cordial as well. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The light and sound show is visible from the rooftop but if you want to enjoy it, book the tickets and go to the pyramids

The hotel is superb with an excellent location. The pyramids are there right in front of you and offer you a mesmerising view. The rooms are also very good and spacious and staff is very helpful. If you have to plan day trips, I would suggest you to book everything online before coming because the rates at the hotel are pretty high, but you can bargain nevertheless. Overall, it was a Great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel but bad front desk guy

It's very good hotel just in front of pyramids. The front manager and the restaurant staff is excellent in hospitality. Rooms were clean, bed linen was clean and they give unlimited hot (tea, ginger tea, milk coffee etc) and cold drinks (orange juice) and water bottles. They also provide complimentary airport pickup (free), but for this you have to call hotel and request them. Roof top restaurant is just amazing. The bad experience: hotel reception desk staff, specially Mr. Alladin is literally off and lack in hospitality. His tone, body language, his arguments, aggression is really very disappointing. Actually front desk is the face of hotel and people like Mr. Alladin is spoiling the reputation of hotel Great Pyramid Inn.

The hotel and stay was good. We have booked the hotel through make my trip app and the facilities that offer was not available at the hotel. The city or pyramid view window was not available, private balcony was also not there. The features also had Mini bar and Bar at Restaurant. But nothing was there. No bathtub was available in the hotel. All the features for the room that we booked for a night with such a good rate was not present. Otherwise the stay and experience was good. But the features were not available here. That was the only sad part. So, please update about the hotel features.

Value for money with superb location

We can see the sound and light show from the roof of this hotel without buying tickets. No mirror in the room. No WiFi in my room as far as I am considered. The guy in the reception is rude enough to solve the WiFi problem. Great hotel interiors and cleanliness. Good rooms. Toilets are big. Water, juice, chocolates and toiletries provided in ample. Economical and near to Pyramid.

It's very good Great Pyramid Inn just in front of pyramids. The front manager and the restaurant staff is excellent in hospitality. Rooms were clean, bed linen was clean and they give unlimited hot (tea, ginger tea, milk coffee etc) and cold drinks (orange juice) and water bottles. They also provide complimentary airport pickup (free), but for this you have to call Great Pyramid Inn and request them. Roof top restaurant is just amazing. The bad experience: Great Pyramid Inn reception desk staff, specially Mr. Alladin is literally off and lack in hospitality. His tone, body language, his arguments, aggression is really very disappointing. Actually front desk is the face of Great Pyramid Inn and people like Mr. Alladin is spoiling the reputation of Great Pyramid Inn Great Pyramid Inn.
