Property is overall good. The location is good but there is no nearby restaurant, so the only option is dining at the hotel. The restaurant is not that efficient and the menu is pretty limited. Rooms are ok but bathrooms' doors could not be locked due to malfunctioning of the doors. Amenities are sufficient and service is satisfactory. Room service is good, the layout of the property is pretty good.

The stay was good and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, room service was also good, food at pool side cafe was decent. Staff are courteous. Reception people could have been more efficient.

Location is great. The first night stay was not pleasant as heater not working and no answer from reception but after fixing it the next day, i enjoyed the remaining days. Would appreciate these things to be checked prior customer checking in especially winter. I enjoyed the view and garden

The Hotel was nicely located at Giza very close to Pyramids. Very professional services. Try to book for Uber for close by places instead of taking Hotel tours

Not worth the brand name.

Had a relatively decent experience. Nothing much to boost about. The maintenance wasn't up to the mark. Had to change my room twice due to inconvenience in the room facilities. Other utilities are pretty decent enough. Hotel is a strategically located for shopping and from the airport.

Spacious rooms and breakfast was good. Nearby to Pyramid, but not walk able for all, its 1-2km away. Gym opens at 9 am and closes at 5pm - if one is to spend the day out be it on business or to visit places as a tourist the timing just does not work. Same is the case with the swimming pool.
