Good Stay
Hotel Laguna is an older property with a spacious lobby and clean surroundings. The rooms are decent and maintain a classic style, though amenities are basic — there is no LED TV, electric kettle, or complimentary water provided. The complimentary breakfast offers limited options, and the bathtub design is not very comfortable. Overall, the property is well-maintained, but the lighting could be improved for a better guest experience.

Rooms are good but unreliable service
coupleAs I have mentioned rooms are made up well but you cannot regulate the room AC, I was told at the reception, the rooms temperature had to be maintained at 24 degrees. It was quite hot and it became very uncomfortable at times. There was no room service menu in the room and the room service when called up refused to give any food menu in the room. The breakfast lacked variety and compared to other Hotel in the same area wasn't up to the mark. The good part was the location of hotel and the presence of a mini store inside the Hotel itself.
