It was very good experience with Radisson. Friendly staff and the rooms are good to stay. The place is near to the nizami street with a walking diatace of 10 minutes

Everything was organised and systematic. Room was clean although i felt it a bit small but was ok for the stay. Breakfast was very nice

There was same breakfast menu everyday which I ate for 6 days. Air conditioning was malfunctioning when we checked in room and after two nights it was repaired. Even a bottle of extra water was denied by room service.

They gave us smoking room inspite of our request for non smoking room at the time of making reservation. As i experienced breathing trouble in the smoking room they changed it to non smoking room at 4am in the morning. Means they had non smoking room but still gave me a smoking room. We had asked for a single bed but they gave us room with 2 separate beds which were joint making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Again they said they can change my room but we didn’t want to as we had unpacked. Means they had rooms as requested by us but they didn’t give us the same at check in when we objected they were ready to change our rooms to the requested type.

Rooms were not up to the mark compared to the price paid for the room. It was small and very old fashioned interiors. Breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel, location with food will recommend to stay in this hotel for family and superb hospitality.

The property is located opposite the boulevard, that's the reason of it being costly. The rooms are a bit cramped. Expensive for their size. We spent 3 nights. We were impressed by the services of shamkhal at the restaurant.

The service was terrible and not worth the money paid for the brand. The service rendered was similar to a 1 or 2 star hotel and not of radisson quality. The reception was so bad with customers, no one to help you on the baggage’s. Doesn’t fit the 4 star bracket. When asked for a 2 hr early checkin i was met with a reply from the receptionist stating that i should have booked and paid for the whole prior day. All this being a gold member. Refrain from booking this hotel if you can.

Hotel is good located right in front of mall on main road and overlooking the promenade. Easy access to everyplace and nearby to nizami street. Has a good restaurant, forex exchange facility and courteous helpful staff. Check in time is 2 pm so please adjust your travel plans else need to wait at dormitory as the hotel is always at full capacity.

The location is excellent. Indian restaurants are on walking distance. Mall is just on the other side of the road. The caspian sea is visible and walking along the pathway bordering it can be a pleasure. Baku is a safe place for tourists as far as i could understand. Even at 12 midnight the mall area had a good number of people the hotel restaurant serves good food although the room service menu and the restaurant menus are different.

The location was very good, but the room was very very narrow to move around, and they gave me late check out until 13:30 and before i reached the appointed time to leave, i was surprised that they were knocking on the door to call me to leave, and this is an unacceptable method from a hotel with a famous brand. We enjoyed our holiday at bake hotel location was very good and rooms view was best.

Good place next to mall. Very peaceful.

The hotel is situated right in front of Caspian Sea promenade and at a walking distance to the old city, Nizami street and other major attractions. Spectacular views of the Caspian sea from the rooms. The hospitality, quality of service and cuisine is also commendable. The airport pick up and drop off was also arranged by them at a reasonable cost.

Location- rate 4. 5/5 being very near to the City Center, major hotels and a big mall supermarket. Food- rate 3/5 as very less vegetarian options were available. Service- rate 5/5 as service was very prompt and every needful thing was easily available.
