Location is little far from main centre places however it is quiet and very approachable. Rooms are decent big. Beds comfortable. Amenities were good. No microwave in case you need. They have bar open till late night in case you want to avail the services. Overall a good stay and experience.

Novotel is really far from the city centre. While it is conveniently located from metro station, the location is quite desolate. There is no room service, no cleaning no option of restaurant services after breakfast. The breakfast costs exorbitant but the options are limited.

It’s at some distance from city centre, but well connected by metro. Rooms are of good size, mattresses are comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok type, not much people like me Indian vegetarian. Overall value for money.

No document check during check in. Room provided was not very good. Bathrooms were fitted and felt like train compartments. No walking through the hotel facilities. No liveliness at the hotel coffee counter/reception area. Would not recommend a stay here.

The room we stayed in had everything that we needed. Tea coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, supply of tea bags and coffee etc. Location was very convenient as it is 3 mins walk from vorgattenstrass metro. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on food. Staff was very helpful. Everything was neat and clean. Two stores viz bill a and spar are absolutely close. If i go back to this city in future i will stay here

I was given a room on the 6th floor in the hotel and the elevator stopped working after 1 day. Till the time i checked out the elevator was not repaired. Terrible experience

Nice neat and clean room and hotel. Little away from the historic place. However, metro connections are good. Front desk need improvements. Arrived earlier at 11 am, so dropped luggage there and went out for sight seeing, so no issue of keeping luggage there. Breakfast was inclusive, having very limited options.
