Review point by point by point: 1) Location - The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from Kagran Station and Westfield Donau Zentrum. - Direct airport access is convenient, with the VAL 3 bus to Vienna International Airport departing from Donau Zentrum. - Vienna’s public transport system is outstanding, and the hotel is well-connected via nearby railway and bus stops. 2) Food - Opt for the breakfast-included package—it’s worth it. - The breakfast spread is generous, offering a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, along with juices, coffee, and tea. - The hotel features a bar with a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant operates for extended hours, making dining flexible and convenient. 3) Facilities - The hotel does not provide an electric kettle, universal adapter, or bottled water, so guests should plan accordingly. - Fortunately, Vienna’s tap water is safe to drink, and the hotel supplies glasses for this purpose. - Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained considering the budget-friendly pricing. - The TV may not function, and there is no in-room phone or direct service from reception. - Reception staff are courteous, speak English, and are generally helpful. - Overall, this is a solid 5-star experience for a budget hotel.
