Very good hotel right next to train station, skybus, restaurants etc. Fantastic location with everything walkable. Rooms are great and well maintained. Breakfast was a disappointment so please do not have it there.

It was a very good location and close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment also the southern cross Station and Coles super market is right opposite to Hotel, the staff at the Hotel were helpful with information of the Hotel surrounding, rooms were clean, toilets were really clean, the breakfast was a average as there were not much choice and the same menu was repeated daily without any changes

Close to CBD. Lot of restaurant near by. Had great stay.

I honestly just liked one thing about the Hotel it's location, as it is located at the heart of the City and it has easy access to everything. Rest everything was below average. The room is quite depressing with small room and old curtains. They don't provide even water bottles.

A proper survey must be done before categorizing hotels.

This Hotel is right near the southern cross Station, commuting and restaurants were very easy

The location is great. Very close to Southern cross station which makes it very convenient to commute from the airport as well as city center or in case you want to travel elsewhere in Victoria. Rooms are big and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. The only drawback was the poor speed of the free WiFi package.

Better to avoid breakfast, they provide only scrambled and bread (plus some corn flakes, tea, coffee, juice and milk). They don’t provide dental kit or shaving kit. But hotel location wise, it is good one.

Food is only available at breakfast hours. No facility for ordering food room service after that. Service was moderate. Breakfast also very limited options are available.
The bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

Easy access, close to southern cross railway station, room clean and contemporary. Close to restaurants and Skybus terminal. Hote staff were good too. Overall No issues during my one day stay. Will recommend.

Hotel location was good but the size of the room was OK and they are even not providing the free water bottle in the room. Staff of the hotel was not so cooperative. The room and hotel cleanliness was good.

Very nice hotel for business traveller. No complimentary breakfast and very expensive in hotel. Very good Indian food available near to hotel. 1 km from crown casino. Also close to airport shuttle sky bus.
