Starting from the hotel entrance itself, it's crowded bc of the night club and the musice was too loud. The reception were selective when it comes to accomodating the guests. I felt like they prioritize the regulars from the club who are checking in. Slow service and you need to call the reception MULTIPLE TIMES before they answer.

Value for money. The location is near red metro, so convenient - about 30 minutes from any tourist place. Food restaurants around were really good. Staff was friendly. Recommended. Done.

I have been using different applications to book for stays and flights mainly. But i have tried makemytrip for the very first time for stay and i had my terrible welcome trip. I tried reaching the property phone and it was invalid. But while trusting the app, i went there with my guests and the property owners said they don't have any deal with makemytrip. It was ended 5 months back. And i followed up, calling the customer care service and i spend a lot of money to follow-up. None called me back and updated me what are the plan. Terribly ashamed! money loss, trust lost.

Hotel is not good for couples or families, room service is not responsive, check in takes time, so many clubs inside, old rooms and furnitures, worn out towels, the only plus is rooms are very large everything else is poor.

Worst than ever

They will welcome us with a freaking cigarette smell. Non working shower. Breakfast timing was 7:30 am to 10:30 am. But i got my breakfast served by 11pm at the time of checkout. That toooo after too many phone calls.

the stress and mental agony we have gone through 10 days was truly frightening. worst part is that in-spite of this problem faced, same hotel is still appearing in hotel searches in dubai.
