The place was run down not maintained well at all. Even fans/ac weren't being used for guests at chekin and checkout at the reception lobby area. Unfriendly staff. Bathtub/washbasin stoppers were removed so we couldn't use them. Overall not worth the price paid for this place.

Pathetic experience dealing with make my trip. I booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child however when i reached at hotel initially they refused to allow more then 2 person in one room. You tried to reach make my trip and their response was pathetic. You will never recommend booking through mmt.

The blanket was very short in length. There was no water in wash basin and no drain stopper in bath tub. The AC was also not working until they called a technician and fixed it. Overall very bad experience.

Heritage property, old but beautiful, worth for money, but i feel little scared because of not enough lights inside property in night it’s scary, don’t expect any service after 10 pm.

The property is very unique. Decent rooms with a nice swimming pool and about 2-3 kms from the ao nang beach. However, the service is a below average. Reception is barely staffed and they don’t pick up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend for families, but at this price point, ideal for a group of friends.

The place was amazing, the room size was marvellous, the only thing which was an issue was that the bathroom was not very clean and bathtub was dirty. Despite asking them to do room service they didnt clean anything. Otherwise loved the architecture of the hotel and the room.

The location is perfect to enjoy the tranquility that Thailand has to offer. After my Bangkok trip I never expected an hotel to be that good in Thailand. But this resort proved me wrong. They have bath tubs in bathroom. Night market is just 100-200 meters away. Beach is 100 meters away.

It has Good location. Good cleaniness. No room service. No intercom facilities. No tour booking facilities from hotel. Staff is not helpful as they do not understand English. Also no elevator here. Slightly off road. You have to walk at least 200-300 m to get to the hotel. Live area starts around 1-2 km from hotel.

The room is not worth the money and the staff are not helpful to the guest at all. They don't even know English at all. They only address a specific community and others are not welcome. Suggest you to look around there are many are places to stay please choose them.
