We booked a room with twin bed. But they put an extra bed for us when they found out we were a family of three. Staff were very polite and attentive. Check in, check out and luggage storage processes were very smooth. Location is excellent as they are at the spot where airport link and buts stations are.

Location of the hotel is good. You can get the direct metro to Swarnabhumi airport. You can also find Indian restaurants nearby within 2 km distance. Also the hotel staff is great and cooperative.
Breakfast buffet was limited. There were only few things for vegetarians.

It was an wonderful experience to be there in Bangkok specially staying at Unico Premier Hotel. Its location is unique, well connected by road, metro and nearby airport link. The hospitality and behaviour of the people are unique. I have requested for early check-in and late check-out. They managed it for me, in spite of rush. Only worry is the food.
