Room was not good, looks like a cheap hostel, tea coffee station was there but no use. If you are lucky you will get a good shower. Shower head was broken. Front office manager behavior was terrible.

Overall experience was pleasant. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the luggage attendant who allowed us to store our bags for a short period after check-out. This small gesture made our travel much more convenient and is worth mentioning.
