Excellent & vibrant location near chinatown mart and markets and hawker centres foodcourts and malls. World famous buddha temple / and historic monuments. Best time around chinese new year. Cosy place with breakfast on the top floor unlimited coffee/tea milk hot n cold n breakfast cereals and toast butter & spreads. Safe n secure meet fellow travellers around the globe.

Location is good. Cleanliness is good. Staff does their work dutifully. Enough shower rooms. Only thing they should improvise on customer care. Like if anyone wants anything after prescribed hours they should be able to provide it. So customers should not run post and pillar for smallest things like milk. Otherwise hotel is good.
The hotel is good location wise. Very near to Chinatown MRT. Cleanliness is good. Staff is also always have smiling face. The only thing is not much customer care. Like if you want to have tea or coffee after breakfast hours you will not get the milk. Because they keep it locked in a fridge. Whereas I have seen in many of the hostels they keep free tea and coffee full day. Secondly if you want extra towel they will refuse. Lockers provided with each bed dose not work properly. If they take care about these certain things the hotel is awesome.
