From Indian POV - Extremely small room and felt claustrophobic - What I read from others who reviewed is true. There are cockroaches and insects in the room - Literally, there’s no exhaust fan in bathroom also and the water remains as it is. Washroom is below the local standards of public toilets in Singapore - there’s no housekeeping done when I stayed - terrible part is , I opted for breakfast. You’ll be given 5 options which are not good and have to choose one

Though the rooms are small, it's good enough for a Solo traveler. Location is another plus. Very close to Jalan Besar MRT. Have some good eateries nearby as well.

For the price and location Hotel is quite decent and the Hotel staff also very helpful. Why I'm writing this review is just because the following thing Hotel does not have MakeMyTrip tie up. If they don't have to tie up with you how come it is assured. Room size of the Hotel mentioned in the description and actual is way different for the single room size mentioned. Location wise Hotel is good.

Bad toilets

Toilets were not good at all. There were cobwebs in the toilet and warm water was not there. But location wise it was good. Easy access to various facilities and Indian hotels. Overall it was okay - value for money. But cleanliness - especially in bathrooms would have been appreciated.
