We went for my Birthday celebration.,and upon check-in Hailey was there.,she saw that its my birthday and immediatly Upgraded our room and also sent a beautiful cake and card. Big thanks to Hailey. Also the rooms are very comfortable and the location in perfect ( exactly on the orchard road).

It was a comfortable stay, the rooms were spacious. Staff was courteous. Special mention to jacqueline, their manager, who went out of her way to help organize an almost lost parcel, just in the nick of time.

Location is the best..bedding was not that great..breakfast spread was good but once any item gets over the staff doesn’t refill so it was frustrating..rooms are decent..mrt and other modes were closeby
