The hotel is centrally located, near Robertson Quay. The service and the breakfast spread is excellent. I would recommend the Robertson House to anyone looking for a short stay in Singapore. We had an opportunity to use the swimming pool, which we found was well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend this property to both families and business travelers.

Not a 5 star property Location is very good next to main lane. Good mall opposite and food joints But property is not a 5 star which is deceiving data. Rooms are standard type (clean and good no issue) Nothing special. Nothing bad.... Good for a simple quick stay

Positives: good view, clean hotel negatives: the rooms are smaller to average in size. The hotel is not designed with practicality or guest comfort in mind. There are no sockets for charging next to the bed (only usb a on both sides: you can charge your phone only if you have an apt connectore. To charge your phones, you need to unplug the water filter & coffee machine kept on the table. It’s really inconvenient. The toilet seat is very close to the wash basin. My leg would accidentally touch it now & then while washing my face or brushing: its gross. The reception staff almost never pick up the phone if you calm from outside. Most sre helpful, but a few are not. My flight landed in singapore at 6. 10am. I called the hotel and was willing to pay an extra half a day for early check-in. The reception person (a guy) told me that the room available is a low floor with no view, and that he wouldn’t allow me to change the room after the early check-in. If i check in around 3pm, i could probably still get a better room. What? effectively, he told me to get a room for half a day in another hotel instead of at robertson. Finally, we saw the jewel at changi airport without sleep but did not check in early so as not to ruin our room view for the remainder of our tour. By the time we finally checked in, we were extremely tired and slept through the remaining day.

The location is very good. Rooms are compact but clean. Bathroom is way too small. Food options are limited for vegetarians. Despite everything, rooms are clean and full point for location

It’s a great space to stay in terms of accessibility. Bus, mart and taxi everything was close by. It’s value for money as well, nice property at this price. Although the breakfast options were limited for vegetarians

Great stay and very nice staff, the service was excellent and this hotel is centrally placed which made the travel easy and accessible to places!

Not great stay, rooms are pretty small for a five star category and no proper response from house keeping and most of the google reviews are the same.

We took a chance and stayed at this property, it has been renamed to robertson house by the crest collection. The location is great as it’s walking distance from clarke quay. The pool is very nice too. The staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. We would definitely come back here when in singapore.

The hotel is under maintenance so no options for food. Also had ants in the room. No river is visbile from the property hence why charging. Premium for rooms with river view.

Very nice hotel with great location friendly staff

My stay at the rhrq was extremely pleasant. The location of this hotel is so perfect. There are two metro stations of two different lines at a walking distance. The river cruise is at a walking distance. There's a shopping mall right in front and a variety of restaurants around. The rooms were spacious enough with all the necessary facilities available. The staff was helpful. Overall, i had a wonderful stay here and would 100% recommend. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool. It is a hotel with all the good facilities like locker, wardrobe, and more.

Our stay was really good. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit cl-ark quay. Bus station and mart are very close to the property. Staff was very responsive and had an amazing service.

Located at robertson quay, the place is a cosy stay at walking distance to clarke quay - sg’s party place. Lot of intimate dining options closer to the property as well, along riverside view.

Clean, well located business hotel. Compact. No complaints.
