Location is very good, house keeping is super, 24×7 hot water for coffee or tea is nice, front desk help also prompt and use full, instantaneous hot water greycer for bath is good, towels, bed liners are good, airconditioner is good, Suggest to provide one mirror lamp at wash basin and instead of hard mirror partition in bath room better to provide soft flexible curtain, more useful and user friendly.

I stayed for 6 days in Tai hotel from 25th dec to 31dec24. It is very near to farrer park mrt ,near to indian restaurants.rooms were very clean.they used to make our room everyday and was having all basic things in room.rooms were small but was enough dor 2+1 kid. Check out was smooth.

“Disappointing Stay with Poor Service and Hygiene Issues”

I stayed at this hotel in Singapore for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, there was a strong unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. I requested the reception to change my room, but instead of accommodating my request, they sent a housekeeping staff member who was very rude and even shouted at us. The room itself was in poor condition—aside from the smell, there were cockroaches, which was completely unacceptable for a hotel. Despite my concerns, the management didn’t handle the situation well. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

This is the most value for money stay in singapore for sure. The location is wonderful with lots of food options across cuisines, right opposite city square mall and close to mustafa shopping centre. The farrer park mart station is close-by too. Good service and cosy rooms.

Stay is comfortable. Rooms are neat and clean. For a break during the stay in the above hotel, normally we leave our luggage with them and they give a receipt for it. In this hotel they are instructing us to leave it in the lobby, chain it by ourselves and go. In-case anything is stolen, i think theyll disown responsibility. They should own responsibility.
