We stayed in the property for only 1 night, which was terrible experience with regard to cleanliness, staff behaviour. The only plus is the location which is good as metro and bus station is very near.

The staff were very unfriendly and not at all helpful, as we were scheduled to arrive very early in the morning we had booked and paid for the previous night as well as a Sr. Citizen was accompanying us, despite keeping the the Hotel informed of this we had a terrible time during check in. The breakfast spread was extremely poor.

Close to orchard street. Just a 5 mins walk to Orchard mandarin, Somerset MRT/orchard MRT/Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Clean rooms and spacious surroundings!

There is no room service available, break fast is just for the name sake, only white bread, butter, jam, one juice, tea and coffee available. No other option breakfast, no fruits, no eggs or any other variety available. The staff is not friendly at all.

Off Orchard Road means that it is just below prime location. Food is not served, but guests in costlier rooms get breakfast. The reception staff is rude. Visitors are allowed, without any formality, unlike hotels in seedy areas. It has a coin-operated weighing machine, which is a boon for the baggage allowance conscious guests. Mass Rapit Transport (MRT) station is 10 minutes walk and the bus stop is at 5 minutes away.
Most hotels are cheaper than Supreme and offers bottled water, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, shower cap, etc. Supreme doesn't.

The location is very good, centrally located and near the main shopping area. The feel though is that of a run down hotel, with the bare minimum of comfort. There was a constant smell of cigar in the room. The mattresses are old and in need to be replaced.
