they haven't allowed to keep the luggage after check out for two three hours....very unprofessional behaviour and non supportive staff and when I asked I want to talk to the manager the receptionist said he's not here or unavailable.....

I had a pleasant stay at the act hotel from january 19th to 21st. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, which i truly appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The room lighting was insufficient for work and there was no window view, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day as the ‘do not disturb’ button was pressed unknowingly. It would be helpful if the hotel staff informed guests about this feature during check-in to avoid such situations. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. Restaurant view
