Iam extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Despite booking, they didn't provide car parking. The receptionist seemed unconcerned that I booked through a third-party app Additionally, the main door key didn't work, and no action was taken to resolve the issue. Overall, my stay was very unsatisfactory.

hotel is in complete mess, they are under renovation, there is no lobby currently, only 1 elevator is working, poor housekeeping service, there is no restaurant, no room service... totaly disappointed ☹️

Horrendous stay - stay from hell

Massive construction work inside the hotel, one elevator only working, room is very dusty, not clean, teared bedsheets, no toilet paper, lights not working, feel like i was staying in a bunker, absolutely horrendous, do not stay there
