I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient and peaceful. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. At the time of check-in, the room condition was extremely poor – dirty rooms, used tissues lying around, ladies’ hair spread over the bed and pillow, and overall unhygienic conditions. As I was very tired, I decided to inform the hotel management the next morning before leaving for work. I reported the issue at 7:00 AM, but no action was taken until 3:00 PM UAE time. The next morning, when I was getting fresh, I found the basin choked and the bathtub in the same unhygienic condition. Even after reporting at 7:00 AM, by 3:00 PM the bathroom was still not cleaned.
