Bad Experience with the hotel

So this happened when I reached the hotel at 9 at night. Then I said to the receptionist that I have a booking with my name, but the receptionist denied that we don't have any booking under your name and it was showing error try again later. but it was my luck that I called the hotel in the morning that I am coming late at the hotel and in the morning they said that I have a confirmed booking. After few arguments the receptionist called someone and then after 20 min they provided us room. But the room was also not so clean. Cockroaches were there in the room and the carpet was wet The sofa was not clean even though the smell in the room was very bad. we don't have any other options but to stay at the hotel because it was already 10 in the night. and support was also not working so, eventually I had to stay at the hotel. All though the experience was not so good, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else who is traveling from outside of the city. And last but not the least the receptionist said that they are having this issue so many times
