Spacious room, with slippers, extra umbrella, pick up and drop service. Near market and beach - can walk both ways. Very clean, good food.

The hotel is very clean, staff very helpful. The size of room, with wardrobes, bath area and toilet are amazing. They provide pick up and drop service, umbrella too. Breakfast was good, vegetarians had little option. Near the beach and night market.

The hotel is well-located, very clean, and has an average breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The downside of the stay was the lack of guest support. I needed to add a day to my stay and confirmed with reception the day before that I could stay in the same room, but they still rushed me to a different part of the hotel. My son had a skin rash on the second night, and the receptionist didn't even help me by calling a taxi to the nearest pharmacy. Furthermore, at checkout, the attendant simply didn't return my deposit. I had to present the receipt because it couldn't be found in the system.

Very far from the airport. Takes around 90 minutes and can be quite tiring. The hotel is an old one, the elevators are very old. The floor plan very confusing. 2nd and 4th floor rooms in the second floor!! The deluxe rooms are decent but the AC is very poor. Water leakage in the first two days, we had to put towels on the floor. The bathroom is small and the water doesn’t drain out while having a bath. Toilet was clogged in a friend’s room. Overall this is not a 3/4* hotel by any chance. Needs to shut down and be upgraded.

It's very poor services, food is also not good, not at all worth, never suggest this place. Make my trip is also fooling people, showing different room and getting different.

Property is nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Its bit on hill area so if going with parents then you will need cab every-time you step out of hotel. Indian food is not good. Overall very good.

The location was apt as the market was nearby which we could explore by walking. The breakfast spread was also good and delicious.

Very poor service, hotel is stinking, low maintenance, landline wasn’t working, toilet flush was not working, no room service, staff is not professional. No customer service orientation. Overall experience was below average. Hotel is not working for the money and the star which is been rated. I hated my stay. Hotel is so dead.

The hotel is on a cliff, one might struggle a little to take walk up to the hotel entrance if he/she has to as its very steep, but again just at walking distance from kata beach. Hotel offers multiple pools with amazing view. Breakfast menu was limited but filling. Also, they has an indian item on breakfast menu everyday, that's a plus. Rooms are descent and so is the service. They also offer complimentary rides to the beach multiple times a day. Had an amazing stay at this property.

Very friendly staff. They help you with your questions on your local visit too. The staff on the counter always have a smile on their face good to see that.

Stay was good and pleasant good hospitality from staff

The check in was really smooth. No doubt we reached early. But they had our room ready for us. The room was nice and spacious. And its great hotel especially for family.
