Property food was same across all days.. Not many options for Vegeterians.. location is not very far from Bangla street.. huge property with lot many number of rooms.. Inhouse massage starts at 12 noon and we had a good massage there..

Very bad service ..location was good but bed was very hard and of very bad quality..behaviour of staff also not good..we booked room for 3 but only got one king bed even when we paid for 3 person and we were supposed to get a sofa cum bed for 3rd person..they gave us rooms in two different buildings and when asked for us to be put together in one building they charged 500 baht per day and when we went in room and saw that there is no third bed or sofa cum bed they said we can’t provide...even when we paid them extra 1000 baht and our stay was for 2 days we didn’t take water bottles next day and on checkout day when we asked a bottle of water to be sent to our room they refused and said you should have taken yesterday now we will not give ...and charge 30 baht for them..for room booked for 3 person they refused to give 3rd bottle of water saying you can only get 2 bottles per day even when we had already paid MMT and hotel for 3rd person..very average quality amenities not at all what we can expect from an “urban resort”...and definitely not what one calls 5 star..poor breakfast quality too ..I am vegetarian and site advertised that there is veg options in breakfast unless until you can call bread and poha and plain rice and dal in breakfast as veg option...and save your key cards as if you lose them they will charge 300 baht each for it ...

The hotel was okay but the front desk is not very supportive i had booked for 4 nights. And there was no view from my room just another building close to the balcony and i had requested 2 time they always say that come next day and the rooms vere very average the slight takling of other room was audible from one room to another

All is good , It is a very good hotel. I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. I suggest everyone to stay in this hotel. It is a very good hotel. There is no other good hotel like this hotel in this location. So you all should stay in this hotel. I am saying this hotel is very good and you should stay in this hotel.

The location was convenient, but overall, the experience was disappointing. The food quality was below average, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived. Some of the promised facilities weren’t available or didn’t work as expected. Definitely not worth the price we paid and the last staff was not co-operative and very rude.

Room not getting proper view and Ac not working properly and housekeeping staff not clean room properly …

The room and property was very good . But the staff overall was really very very rude and didn’t knew English at all . Also breakfast was not that good and very less options for Indians and mainly vegeterian. Not a helpful staff at all .

Amenities are not like 5 star hotel. beds and chair in rooms are of poor qualities. bathroom was also not good.

No proper hot water , the bed was too hard and they troubled me a lot for a towel which I left at the pool side and charged me 550B and very rude front desk .

location is good, food did not try in hotel but nearby many Indian restaurants. The room floor was not clean and when informed to receptionist, no timely action was taken. Lights in the room are very dim, no white light. overall not satisfied and not worth the money paid for.

Beds are small. We have booked 2 double bedded room and they have given room with only one bed and that was too small foe me, my wife and for my kids. Also front office behaviour is not at all good. Otherwise rooms are clean and rhea property is nice.

Property is good. Location is the best feature of the property. 5 mins walk from patang beach. Pool is good. Suggesting to host pool party every evening.

Very bad behaviour at the reception and we booked large double bed as we have gone couple on our anniversary tour they gave us two single bed room and when we asked they say no rooms available wanted or not which is too rude behaviour. Room was poorly lit and bad smell in bathroom total worst experience.
