Hotel is good worth the price. We stayed for 4 night , room was average, clean rooms, brkfast option is good but not have much of indian food. Overall its was worth the prixe. Light and ambience could be more better

Location is very bad, no staff for room service, restaurant doesn’t have Indian food and no service in restaurant. Hotel doesn’t provide water bottles in room they just give you water bottles when you check in.

Room was not upto the mark. Food was also not good. You have to struggle to get water after 10PM

I would not recommend booking this hotel if you want a smooth and comfortable stay. Here are the issues I faced: I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM and asked if I could check in early. They said the room wasn’t ready. However, when I asked if I could pay extra, suddenly the room was magically available. It was just 1:05 PM and only 55 minutes before the official check-in time but still they charged me 200 Baht for those few minutes. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and none have charged extra when the room was already ready and the time difference was less than an hour. Their greed doesn’t stop there. They refused to give us a plate because we weren’t ordering food from their restaurant. We had to unpack everything just to find one ourselves because our infant was hungry for the food we cooked from our last destination. No empathy, just rules and money-mindedness. The room phones don’t work either and they ask guests to contact the reception via WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional for a hotel. - Had to request them to change the device and they changed after multiple followups. On top of that, the room lighting is so dim that you can barely see anything clearly. It’s uncomfortable and not at all family-friendly. All in all, avoid this place. Their 3.9 rating on Google speaks for itself and even that feels overrated.

Beautiful stay with a scenic view of mountain which is very close to patong beach, the breakfast which was included was good and the food was amazing, the long pool view was great and the services were excellent including the staffs

I am not satisfied with this hotel. Room is ok. No any glasses in room. Tea and coffee provided without milk. 1.5 km from the beach. It is on the hill so everytime you walk from the main road to reach the hotel.

They have Suttle for patong beach from 10 am they provide you water ,heater , dryer , staff is very helpful you definitely have pool access we enjoyed a lot it's little far from patong beach but you can walk and take a tuk tuk our tuk tuk experience is not good because they charge 200 bhat hotel is really nice

Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) I stayed at Kase Denen Resort Phuket for 3 days. While the overall experience was decent, I wasn’t fully satisfied with a few things. Firstly, there was no bottled water provided in the room after the first day. They mentioned that complimentary bottled water is only provided on the first day, and for the remaining days, you either have to purchase it or they will refill the bottles with regular (non-mineral) water, which I found inconvenient. Secondly, there was a noticeable smell in the room that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioner was not functioning properly—it made a constant noise, which was disturbing, especially at night. Due to these reasons, I gave a 4-star rating instead of 5. I hope the resort improves these aspects for a better guest experience in the future.

Indian visitors are not treated properly , prior importance is only to Russians and other country visitors . We were with a 1 year old infant and they gave us a room where AC was not working and by requesting for 7 hours they changed our room and by giving a smaller room which was much cheaper than what we have booked prior .They do not have any empathy towards indian visitors , i urge indian visitors not to visit this crap hotel they have literally troubled us by charging 200 bahts extra

Very poor wifi service and phone in the room was not working so every-time i need anything i had to go to reception myself and even after complaining lot of times my phone was not replaced and housekeeping never provided water in room though it was their job to provide to fresh water bottles everyday. Staff doesnt speak english so it was very difficult to explain them any problem. There was not enough breakfast for everyone and it was looking like a zombie apocalypse when i reached the breakfast buffet. Very poorly executed. I would never stay again here. It was a bad experience.

Weird place, located in uphill and you cannot directly walk to beach, the hotel looks shabby and lift smell like hell, worst part is hotel caretaker, receptionist is cold and is not welcoming and looked at us in very disrespectful! food is below average nothing good in breakfast, how come it has 4 star it doesn’t deserve. 2 even, my should not list this hotel, there are many hotel in same budget far better in phuket.

Just because baby vomited on the blanket that reception charged 2800 thai bhat. The room was so horrible bathroom sink was leaking so much and the telephone was not at all working. On the very first day itself we complaint about that and that receptionist dint respond at all. The hotel is located in the slum area but in your website you say it's closer to the beach. This is the worst ever hotel we have seen. Hotel lobby stinks like hell. All the couches in the lobby are dirty like our foot mats. But this cheaters are charging so much for just baby's vomit.

No ac working after so many request they changed our room at night 12 pm could not sleep, staff had not attended our problem

My client has faced so many issue in this property they were total 02adults 2kids and 1infant and spoken to you team 3-4times to resolve the issue ever-time i was said it is resolved but hotel was saying booking is done for 02adults and 01child with breakfast but in voucher it is clearly mentioned 02adult 02kids and they did not get baby cot only 03towels for 05 person staff was so rude.

Pros - i see no reason to stay here except for spacious rooms. Cons- the resort is on hill so all tuktuk and taxi driver charge you more. It is on steep hill and i climbed 3 times to take my whole luggage as there was no service boy. They have no services after 10 which means if you want water then also you need to go so far to reception and you need to give extra money for water.
