Wonderful service and beautiful villa. I loved the stay. The view could have been better if the trees in front of the pool be trimmed

If you have any guests visiting, don't book this property. This property charges you 1500 bhat extra if you have a visitor, even for 15 min.

Room is quite cozy but there is dim light issue, we have to stay at room more than outing so it is difficult for us to stay whole day in dim light. In breakfast there is no much option for indians overall staff behaviour is good but they are so particular with timing and they rude about breakfast that they are not allowing us to take the dish after timing was over even we are continuing it. We can't stand on balcony in day time due to sunlight directly coming to it and it was hot weather outside. Overall good experience. 8/10

It was a wonderful and awesome stay at this hotel. All the staffs were very amazing, warming and very good hospitality we have recieved here. Also the complimentary bar setup was very generous and warm welcome. Amazing location as well❤️

About the price been paid at least it must been included the breakfast and the rooms could be the iron available from the beginning and few renovations could be an advantage for the hotel otherwise everything was fine. And i would love to go again

This hotel is just an average stay. It’s unnecessary overrated they stay was a terrible experience when it came to the bed comfort couldn’t get sleep as the bed was firm and the pillows where uncomfortable and the linen is wearing off.

Stay was great. Rooms and view was good. Only thing to note for pure vegetarian is that veg options are limited in the menu and even for breakfast. But they did give us chole and parathas on special request.

Definitely going to stay next time, i have booked 2 bed room pool villa, very awesome place nice and cozy atmosphere, excellent staff very helpful l

The property was very well maintained and The. Rooms were. Spacious and The view was very good. The Pool area and activity area were nice

The overall hotel was good. Decent facilities and good swimming pool and terrace. Room ac had problems couple of times, but was fixed. Very money minded hotel staff and policies. Decent stay.

Check in was quick, however we were given a room below ground level, inspite of vacancies in the sea view section of the building. We were told we could move to the sea view room if we paid an extra amount per night. Breakfast was lousy, unless you like Asian food for breakfast. No croissants donuts etc. I simply ate eggs and brown bread the whole time. The tour desk was helpful but very pricey. For example, a trip to the James Bond Island would cost you high, however the same would cost you less, if you booked through one of the many tour operators located on the way to Bangla Walking Street. The staff are very courteous and friendly. I must say Thai hospitality at best. The pool is well maintained and awesome with one of the best views. You could spend a whole day there sipping on drinks by the pool side bar. The location is just perfect, not too close to the madness but still not very far. Bangla Road is a 15 minutes walk. They provide free shuttles to the beach every hour or so. Hotel is only 3 star but priced like a 4 star or 5 star property. Of course the Pool Villas may have been better but if you're only interested in a regular room, then the hefty price is not worth it.

The resort was great, serene near to the Patong beach. Great place to stay for couples, family.

It is a nice property. Very clean and near to Bangla Road. Having good pool and bath tub in the room. As being Indian getting almost negligible options for The breakfast and this is with almost every hotel. Location was good, hire a bike to roam around. Hotel staff was courteous enough.

The hotel is situated up The hill. If you are in Phuket for 1 night this is a nice place but if more than you should find some place closer to the main road. Hotel is good room was great service was prompt- overall good stay.

The resort is full of amenities like swimming Pool, tasty breakfast or any thing a star rated property poses. The behaviour of the staff was very good and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed was the lobby and the main entrance reception part and lifts work as microwave oven. During the day time has no air condition which was quite unusual for any star rated property. Other than this every thing was very good. Much recommended property.
