This was our second trip to Pattaya and second time at Best Beach Villa. Very happy with the service, food and staff. Great place to stay! We had a horrible experience at the welcome plaza hotel where we had booked rooms initially. Petty cash and food items were stolen from our room and the staff and cleaning lady were awful and aggressive after we complained to them. After just one day's stay and such a traumatic experience we shifted to Best Beach and thereafter our trip was safe and smooth. Highly recommend staying at the Best Beach Villa. Please do not stay at the welcome plaza hotel its the worst!

Firstly the location is so peaceful, the hotel room size is amazing, the staff is very helpful and polite, this that need to be improved, noise from outside like a door bell/alarm ringing every 20 minutes, the window shade need to be redone as the sunlight enters the room not allowing you to complete your sleep. The bathroom needs some serious upgrades, the shower/jets are in a very unhygienic condition.

It's a very centrally located cozy hotel, just a 2 min walk from the beach! We had a wonderful time there. Staff is very helpful too. Filling and decent breakfast. Supermarkets like 7-Eleven and Family mart are 2-3 minutes away so we could carry booze and snacks in the room. Great Stay!

Good ambience with lovely and careful staff. The food is awesome and price is reasonable, hence no need to carry outside food or drink. Pattaya beach and Central Mall is easily accessible from the hotel, prime location. So for the travellers, it is value for money.
