The property was amazing. Well maintained on the beach. Easily accessible to all locations. Good spa and gym. They have electric cars for rent.

An excellent property with an amazing swimming pool at the heart of the beach road. Little far from the chaos of the walking street. Perfect for families.

The location is excellent & conveniently located. The hotel staff is friendly & courteous & the food is true to the brand. Overall the hotel has a very cool yet relaxing vibe which compliments the overall holiday experience.

Breakfast wasn't great. Would have been better without opting for breakfast. The sink was blocked. The shower area was not good, and the water was coming out on the toilet/sink area. The room itself was good and spacious. The pool area was great too, and the foam party was awesome.

This is harish milwani. I have stayed at harrock hotel at pataya along with 3 more couple from 9th nov 24 to 12th nov. Stay was too good. Nice rooms. Excellent food. We all really enjoyed. We are happy to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and equally close to the walking street. The room amenities were good and concierge helpful. Got a good view room so happy stay.

This was my second stay at hard rock and i have only gud things to say ! excellent property if you are visiting with kids they have numerous activities and a play area as well ! great food and amazing stay ! it’s located bang opposite the beach a lil away from the hustle but walking distance to all the happening places !

Good property, location very nice beach road, easy to get taxi and plenty of shops and amenities available nearby, hotel staff good service and friendly, nice swimming pool, in house food and beverage prices also reasonable so must visit in pattaya.

We stayed at hard rock for 4 nights, one of the best properties to stay, in the heart of the city, next to beach, extremely happening area, food is nothing less than perfect, you get vegetarian and non vegetarian umpteen options, the entire staff right from reception, breakfast area, pool crew, security, house cleaning everyone is full of warmth and supportive. The property itself is self sufficient - pool, music, spa, magnificent view, room & washroom are spacious, huge tv to chill out at room if required, transparency in communication ( u can view bill daily on tv. Thank you katy, may, brayan, maple, david and other support staff for being so generous. Will cherish the pics clicked with you all! thank you to the entire team including the chef and others for making our stay so memorable and cherished. I would strongly recommend to everyone to stay in hard rock hotel and enjoy your trip with a double bonanza. Great place to stay with or without family!

The stay was average. The price paid for the property was too high compared to the room and the services available at the property did not match the price paid for. We had better option in this comparison

Our stay at the Hard Rock hotel was fabulous and we had a great stay. The location of the hotel , proximity to the beach , the swimming pool ….everything is great. The rooms were quite spacious and bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Overall , it was a fantastic stay for me and my family and this would be the hotel I would stay for all my future trips to Pattaya.

We were travel-ling with two kids and opted for a twin bed room in the hotel the staff was great. Sofia the restaurant manager was also great

Best location with sea view, excellent staff services. All the necessary services are nearby, centrally located.
