The hotel is located in a very convenient area. Service is no frills but very good and friendly. Bathrooms are small but rooms are sufficient. Close to a 7 11 and multiple good food spots

Great experience as usual from ibis, sathorn. No frills service and bang on point. Totally worth the money spent. Breakfast had a good spread with croissants, breads, cold cuts, cereals, juices, and few local delicacies like masamman curry, chinese bun and the like. The front desk and guards were very helpful in getting us taxis every time. Don't expect room service or spacious rooms bathrooms since at this price point, it is not expected. But room and bathroom had all the required amenities for a short stay.

At the time of arrival there is no welcome drink or anything, even no service boy for shifting our luggage from car to room, we had to shift but our own in luggage trolly, in evening if we call for room service for cleaning, they told us that thr was no boy in evening for room clean, even at the time of check out at 12 midnight i had to come down to ground floor to take the luggage trolley to 4th floor for luggage becoz they had no service boy at night to do tht. Room is very small and no ventilation.

Worst hotel with no facilities. The rooms are small, no one comes to clean the room. They don’t even hv bell boy to pick up luggage, it is only when i insisted that they sent the boy. In all not a good experience.

The rooms are compact and clean with polite staff who are quite proficient in english. The breakfast spread is quite inclusive of all common cuisines. Also they have shuttle services to the nearest mart station. This is my 4th time here in ibis sathorn and they have always maintained it the same way. Shared it

I've stayed here for 6 nights. Average room size with minimum house pack. One 600 ml bottle, 2 tea bag, 2 coffee pack, 2 milk pack. Need to call for housekeeping services. No card kept for informing housekeeping service. Though i checked-in at 5 a. M, my request for a late check-out was denied. International tourists need consideration since my flight is at 9 pm. Food is okay, food handlers don't speak good english which is again a drawback. Food quality n hygiene are good.

Very comfortable stay. Staff pleasant and courteous. I only felt little bit clostrophobic as space was small and luggage keeping was a problem due to no luggage space. Shower was little tight and water was coming out from the doors which were not airtight.
