For starters, i was welcomed with a demand to pay 750 baht as deposit for keycard which was no where written in the booking i did. Later confirmed this is against their policy and they're not aware. This was asked only to me and not to people who booked with hotel directly. Strange and i thought to myself, they have key-less rooms maybe, lol. Second, they asked for another 750 baht as charges for early check-in (2. 5 hour early to checkin time) whereas on the night previous to checkin day, they confirmed to me on phone they'll give it to me free subject to room availability. I agreed. But was a second surprise i had to pay. Then they gave me standard room in place of my booked deluxe room because apparently, no deluxe room was available at the early check-in time. I agreed when they assured they'll move me to deluxe later. Nothing after this. When asked, i was bluntly told no deluxe room is available now. For the next 2 days i stayed there. So in short, i paid deluxe room charges for 2 nights, 3 days and i got a standard room instead (which also didn't have half of amenities listed here)
and i paid 750 baht (early check-in+ 750 baht (key deposit. Strange experience for the hospitality level normally you receive in thailand. Thai people are really nice otherwise. I say this also because at same hotel in the restaurant, 2 ladies (fern and the other) were really sweet and respectful and attended to me in restaurant very hospitably. Although there was a big guy also a waiter in same restaurant who didn't give to any customer around and treated rudely).
