This is a perfect place that offers clean rooms , location which has connections to all parts of Singapore and beds that offer sound sleep . Great for family and solo travel.

The Hotel was at such a good location and much better rooms

The room service was terrible the room and bathroom was too small they did not gave us extra towels also only one a day

A hotel unlike any other. Don't visit ; will completely destroy your trip. No Kitchen- Catering food for breakfast with max 8options. No option for lunch or dinner in the hotel -No room service -Impolite reception staff -no complimentary water bottles -No basic amenities(Shaving Kit; Hand Towel; Hair Dryer etc.) WORST HOTEL EVER.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The place was shabby and poorly maintained. The breakfast was abysmal—nothing was served except for basic items, and there was no milk for coffee, no vegetarian options, no pastries, and the overall setup was unhygienic. The cot provided was so short that even for someone 5ft tall, our legs were hanging out, making it highly uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unacceptable. I would neither return nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Urgent improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service quality.

Tha location of chancellor hotel is at orchard raod which is one of the most central area in singapore. So connectivity is excellent. The hotel has medium size rooms. The vending machin of water is inside the room, so drinking water is available at any time. The breakfast is fine, although there are not too many options for indian food. The hotel is near from little india and one can reach there by a grab or by mrt. Overall it was a good family stay. We enjoyed it !

The check in experience was very good despite the fact that i checked in at late night. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, they didn't took much time to checkin. Although the room is not very spacious but comfortable for 2 only, i choose this hotel as it is in close proximity to orchard road. I didn't opt for breakfast and choose nearby hawker street for food and drinks. Cleaning staff was good and cleaned the rooms daily and very helpful.

The location is the best part. The hotel is walking distance from b both the metro station and the bus stop. There are a lot of restraunts and malls within walking distance and the travel time to popular destinations is also quiet short. The hotel was also clean and well maintained, even the view from the window was wide and open. Excellent experience.

We have face bad service provide and room also not worth for it paid money. I am suggesting this hotel to anybody

Had worst experience in my whole travel history, i have travel-led europe, asia, americas, australia but never experienced such an pathetic service by an hotel which is rated 4 star, as-lo they were wooing us away from the breakfast within 10 mins of entering, the staff had so much attitude they were so rude with us

It was an average hotel ... When we first entered room had faint smell and we had to ask for room spray. Which house keeping handed over to us and asked us to spray ourselves . The washroom had no sprinkler system for urinals ..may be because that is a very old hotel but bathroom sewage had a faint smell throughout. At breakfast the good thing is that it had vegetarian options for Indians but since they make it in bulk they don't have a good heating system at buffet breakfast.

The hotel was too good. I booked the hotel for 2 pax i. E. My self and my son with breakfast. But to my surprise the breakfast was for 1 pax only. I felt embarrassing moment the very day one in front of everyone at the hotel at breakfast counter of hotel. On a stay of 7 days due to embarrassment i availed breakfast for 2 days only. It was such a nightmare.

Nothing to complain gave 4 as the service could have been better

Bang on orchard road location is superb with 2 mart station you can use dhoby ghout and somerset lots of restaurants around

The room was very small and smelly. Even breakfast were not included with that costly room rate. Also, tea bags, milk and other items were not given inside the room.

Front desk staff was least bothered about guests. For was damaged
