Hotel was good and clean, however, we had two problems. First, we had booked large room with balcony but got a small room with balcony for three day. Second, one of the bathroom did not have hot water, it was barely lukewarm.

Disappointed and poor service

We were happy with the quality of the rooms. The rooms were of average quality and quite spacious with a tiny balcony. The toilet had a faucet which was not available in the other hotels we stayed in Georgia but it was leaking in one of the rooms we got. One of the cons was the lack of soundproof. Walls are extremely thin and sound is easily transmitted. The major drawback though was the service. All the reviews were praising the service but our experience was the opposite. We checked in at 6 AM in the morning which was mailed prior to them but the guy checking us in was quite rude. We had 3 kids and 6 suitcases and he did not even offer to help with the luggage. He initially told we had only 1 room and when I told we had 2 rooms, he checked and told yes there are 2 rooms and proceeded to give rooms in different floors. Only when I insisted, he proceeded to give rooms on the same floor. The breakfast was great and the person helping there was pleasant. But overall I felt really disappointed because all the reviews were raving about the service and that is what let me down the most. Except for the day reception person on day 1, all others were cold and not helpful at all. Even at checkout, we had to carry all our luggage’s ourselves

Receptionist was very cold nature and no one was there to pick up our luggage, i have booked king size bed with balcony and they gave us twin bed, when i asked them they said they don’t have one that you booked and doesn’t offer anything else. Good part was the food and the chef both of them are very nice.

Superb hotel in Tbilisi

This is my 2nd time in this hotel, and as usual we was not disappointed. I arranged with them a hotel transport, it was a nice car they arranged for me. I arrived early but they have available room so i was able to check in early. I booked the suite room, its very spacious with balcony. The staffs were very friendly as always. They have halal and vege options also for bfast. One time, I was late for bfast, they have packed up everything already, but they still prepared special bfast for me❤️ Been late also for housekeeping, but still they were able to provide bedsheet replacement, towels and toiletteries. They have a covered roofdeck, good for overlooking. And the best part is - they have bidet!

I recently had a fantastic stay at address 9d and i can’t recommend it enough! from the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every part of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-furnished, with a beautiful outer view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as high-quality toiletries, a coffee maker, fast wi-fi, etc were perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes, catering to every taste. The hotel’s location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore. It made getting around super easy, and i was able to make the most of my time without any hassles.

Food - the breakfast is great. There are a lot of items that the hotel serves. Location - centrally located and very close to all the major landmarks in tbilisi. Many of the tourist places are walking distance. Facilities - the rooms are excellent, and room service is commendable. They also have a hand shower in the toilet, which was a pleasant surprise for us.

Excellent Stay

I recently had a fantastic stay at address 9d and i can’t recommend it enough! from the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every part of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-furnished, with a beautiful outer view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as high-quality toiletries, a coffee maker, fast wi-fi, etc were perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruit to hot dishes, catering to every taste. The هوتل أددرس 9د’s location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore. It made getting around super easy, and i was able to make the most of my time without any hassles.

This is my 2nd time in this هوتل أددرس 9د, and as usual we was not disappointed. I arranged with them a هوتل أددرس 9د transport, it was a nice car they arranged for me. I arrived early but they have available room so i was able to check in early. I booked the suite room, its very spacious with balcony. The staffs were very friendly as always. They have halal and vege options also for bfast. One time, I was late for bfast, they have packed up everything already, but they still prepared special bfast for me❤️ Been late also for housekeeping, but still they were able to provide bedsheet replacement, towels and toiletteries. They have a covered roofdeck, good for overlooking. And the best part is - they have bidet!

Food - the breakfast is great. There are a lot of items that the هوتل أددرس 9د serves. Location - centrally located and very close to all the major landmarks in tbilisi. Many of the tourist places are walking distance. Facilities - the rooms are excellent, and room service is commendable. They also have a hand shower in the toilet, which was a pleasant surprise for us.
