The Hospitality was really great and the Staffs were more than cooperative on everything. We went there for honeymoon and once they got to know, we were given early checkin, and a complimentary drinks date at the restaurant and also the staffs were very cordial. Special mention for the new joinee Sara at Reception.

Location was great just near the sea and next to the tram station. Very well connected to any location. The airport is just 39 mins.

Cleaning was not properly done in the room also late check out was not allowed, overall good experience but could be better, thanks

It was overall good stay. However, minimal service and they didn't accommodate our request for baby food, so it was tough managing food for my baby. The spread at breakfast is very limited and exactly the same daily. Rooms are decent and plus point is the parking that's complementary

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. It's conveniently located next to tram station. All famous beaches are very near. Rooms are clean, pool and spa and a nice buffet breakfast every morning.

Although the arrival time was before the check in time the room was allotted very quickly and we were immediately handed our keys.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main serfer's paradise however located very close to tram station to help reach all major attractions of the city. Room was excellent, very spacious and had a great view of the city, pool and ocean. Ot had all the amenities, including complementary drinking water bottles, which is quite rare in australian hotels. Breakfast spread was very nice with a great variety of items.

Front staff was very uncooperative, don't agreed with any of my requests. See, they have many many room vacated, i request them for early check in, but they clearly refuse, same with check out, also many other things, i will never go that hotel again.

We stayed at crown plaza on surfers paradise beach. This resort is between surfers paradise and broadway beach. Next to a tram station and 5 min walk till the beach. Hotel has a very lavish breakfast and an amazing swimming pool. Most hotels don't have a pool as good as this one. We recommend this hotel if you are travel-ling in a family. Pictures of the hotel

best location very close to the beach

The stay was good and the location was really awesome. However, one thing that could have been an improvement was the tv provided. It was not a smart tv and we couldn't cast our content as well. Even much cheaper hotels on our trip provided this facility, so was something that we missed in a hotel like crowne plaza where we paid much more

The description of the location mentioned is not correct. Otherwise the hotel is pretty nice and the breakfast is amazing too. The tram station is right across the hotel too.
