the room was great with amazing views of surfers paradise. there was an indian vegetarian resturant right outside the hotel on cavil Avenue with was an excellent option. Breakfast buffet offered by the hotel had variety and fresh pancakes and chic pudding were great options. it would be nicer if there were more vegetarian options in the buffet. check in and check out was a smooth experience , hotel staff was really courteous and polite. Amenities like pool and spa were good , did peek inside the fitness center and it was well equipped. location of the hotel was great with only a couple of minutes walk from surfers paradise.

Staff was Not at all accommodating, their system was not working so we waited for 2 hours in the night to check in at 2am

It was an exceptional experience and i will recommend every family to stay there for once. I shall come again

Our stay for 3 nights was superb in this property. Location, amenities, staff and service was perfecrlt.

Centrally located on the surfers paradise and near to all major tourist attractions. Breakfast needs a little improvement. Also they should have a tourist desk.

Good location, minutes away from beach, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all amenities like laundry, cutlery and crockery etc. Great views of the ocean. Ideal for families.

It's the best location for holiday goers. But the staff is not supportive. Take the beach view room above 30th floor only. Don't take lower floors.

We booked the hotel with a Beach view for a special occasion. Room given to us did not have a Beach view and the balcony was blocked was covered which blocked the Beach view. When we requested for a change of room since it was a special occasion, we were told that is the Beach view which would be available and were told that the room would not be changed. Photos shown for the room were not the same. Balcony was cleaned and it had previous guests wet dresses and smoking buds. Breakfast quality and spread was good which was the only positive. Location was good. Don't ever go by the pictures published as it is fake.

This is a fully serviced 5-star hotel. We opted for two rooms for our family and were quite happy with all the facilities. The hotel has a great location 2 minutes from the beach and right in the center of Cavill Avenue. The concierge staff is very helpful. Ready to arrange and customize different tours according to our needs.

Going to gold coast and staying in Hilton. All be a amazing experience. Location of this hotel is very good and beach is very near. All the party clubs are on the same road of the hotel.

Very centrally located near Nightlife.

I am very disappointed as Hilton is a big brand and they have such type of property which they don't have USB ports, rooms light was not working properly, for room service they ask for minimum order value and in that also they charge extra charges, no complimentary water.

Location is fantastic, the staff was also very helpful especially the Concierge desk. They helped us book our skydiving trip, and were very helpful in figuring out the best places to visit. The breakfast experience was also good, and the overall stay was satisfactory for us.
