Web check-in and verification
Oman Air offers passengers two convenient ways to check-in for their flight - Web Check-in available on https://www.omanair.com/en/manage-bookings/online-check or Early Check-in at the airport.
Passengers must arrive at the airport early enough to complete check in, immigration and security procedures in time to be present at the boarding gate. The flights cannot be held for customers reporting late to the check in counters and hence, no responsibility shall be taken by the airline in such cases.
Check-in deadlines vary according to the airport facilities. For e.g. Oman Air at Muscat International Airport closes check-in counters 60 minutes prior to departure.
Passengers should ensure they have the following with them before proceeding to the Oman Air check-in counters: their Photo ID/Passport and Visa (if required).
Online checked-in passengers without baggage can proceed directly to immigration without requiring to report at the check-in counters.
Baggage allowance
Sports baggage can be taken at an additional allowance of 23 kg or 32 kg and relevant dimensions for Sporting Items.
