Location is good but i dint get what i booked i have booked a room for 4 people and i pad for 4 people. But they refused to give 4 beds again i have to pay 5000 extra for the 4th bed. And even the breakfast also is not at all good.

Location is very good. Right next to bts. But people are rude. During the breakfast, we asked for vegetarian noodles as there were only non-veg noodles available. The manager at restaurant reacted as if we had asked for million dollars from her. She said no to my wife for noodles. The check-in area is really small and super crowded.

There are almost half a dozen novotel hotels in the sukhumvit area in bangkok and this is the one in front of the ploenchit sky-train station. The checking in took more than 5 minutes though i had arrived at around 3pm and hardly any other guests were checking in. Though i had paid the full amount in advance, i had to deposit another 2000 thb at the check-in counter. I had a superior room which was spacious and had all amenities such as a flat screen tv, centralised ac, toiletries, an ironing board with iron box, working desk and chair, a safety locker, electric kettle with tea, coffee, cream and sugar, a couple of night gowns and a pair of room chappals. The wifi was fast and steady, tv had only a couple of english channels such as axon and bbc news. The down side was there was a lot of dust on the phone and the av connecting points below the tv and i could find it even on the night stand and the breakfast table. The breakfast was not so great - either for me who is a vegetarian and even for my colleagues from israel and singapore who were non-vegetarian. Along with the selection of the vegetarian, the overall quality of food also can be better. I used the laundry service which was quick and satisfactory. The coffee shop below had sandwiches and coffee which were palatable. In the evening, there is a live performance by local bands in the outdoor cafe which drew a lot of westerners who were not necessarily staying in the hotel. The checking out took a lot of time. Overall i'm disappointed with my first novotel experience and i'm sure i will stay somewhere else the next time.

The management must start hiring more people. The number of staffers were too less for the number of guests. The management has to look into the issue. Only two people were at the reception for check-in and check-out delays the whole process. Room service was poor too.

The stay was good. The shower curtain was broken in operation but they immediately got the room changed and sent us a complementary fruit bawl. Overall it was a good experience.
