Simply worst property

Its very bad experienced. We booked with full payment for 3days. But we checked out within 2hours. The small tiny road s very scary and small. It was terrible to come this property with cab. Very very bad and worst experience for us. There dont have any elevator, we carried 4 luggages with them go upper stare its really horrible experience. And they have shared washroom. After checked in when we entered washroom, i have seen used sanitary napkin was there. Its third class property. May b it looks nice through photos. When tourist go out of country and spend money, i think they dont want to stay like this.

The two things about the place that were good: the location and the breakfast. Otherwise the place has many issues which the management should closely look into, such as: 1. The room we were given was not the same as the pictures They said they have three 'superior' rooms that were the 'same' but it was so clear that the room given to us was of a lower quality and smaller than the one in the pictures they show. It would be good to show all three rooms such that we can make an informed choice! 2. It is a very noisy hotel, the walls are very thin and one can hear the people in the neighbouring rooms or people walking loudly on the upper floor. Additionally, the kitchen is right at the back of the room, so do not expect to sleep in late as the staff starts cooking and talking from 7am onwards. 3. The staff is sweet and kind but are not equipped to give information for different things to do in the city. Again, the location is the best thing about the place. We were able to walk to all the monuments from there and the neighborhood is really interesting.

Grand palace, watt pho, democracy monument, china town, ong ang walking street, rattanakosin exhibition hall, ratchadamnoen gallery etc were all walking distance from here. There were many nice restaurants and 7 elevens around.panich (michelin star restaurants) were walking distance. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. They served different fruits every day. The rooms, toilets and showers are exceptionally clean, especially the shared spaces. The staff was very helpful and kind. The owner was a lovely lady who was very warm and helpful too!
