Average for short stay, not much you can do, the location is great and too closed to shopping mall but far from the city center. Wifi is good, breakfast needs improvement for sure, reception team are kind. This hotel is for business trip and not for leasure or family.

The receptionist was very rude and tuff. He insisted that i not enter the room until 2:30 hrs after i arrived at the hotel, however the availability of rooms. The cleanliness of the room was very poor and there were insects in the room. Usually i stay in ibis since 9 years a go, but i will not do again.

Ac doesn’t work in the room. Room is very old so interiors are in a bad shape. Carpets stink. When we told hotel reception to fix the ac they said just switch it off.

We had no electricity when we reached, had to call the hotel staff to rectify it. And the enite night the hotel room was very hot, the ac was throwing hot air. We were asked to switch off the ac by the staff when we raised the issue. We could sleep the entire night as the room was so stuffy and hot. I will not recommend ibis amman to anyone for stay. The rooms are very old and claustrophobic. Would rate my stay as very terrible. And want a refund for it. I also want to cancel my booking on 4th dc night and want full refund for the same.

My stay at the ibis was very nice. This was my 3rd stay in the hotel and like always it was a wonderful experience. The rooms and area were clean, the buffet breakfast was good, fast response from the staff made my day

It's an average hotel. More confusion at Reception. Location is good. Just near to Amman Mall. Taxis are available round the clock. Good coffee shop and breakfast. Neat and clean Lobby. Ambience is average.
