Rude, and won't be helpful. They show as if they are doing a favour by giving me my booked category room. They will keep knocking the door and won't give a minute more than the check out time. I would recommend a skip on them and explore UNA or other better hotels. I eventually shifted to UNA nearby, was a lot better and friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel was fine except the horribly unsafe location filled with homeless people around and dirty streets. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, daily house keeping was offered but was a bit too small in size. Breakfast was amazing.

For people looking for a place which is reasonably priced and located right next to the room terminal station, which is the lifeline for traveling in Rome. This Hotel checks all boxes. However the location does give a ghetto vibe with shady people roaming the streets at night. But since the walk from the station is hardly 100 meters it doesn't really matter. Staff at the reception can be a little better to tourists considering we need more information than the regular European guests. Overall an average hotel. Faced no major problems.
