Pathetic staff and we missed our flight because of the lethargic attitude of the reception staff lady

The stay was awful and dreaded experience for us. The hotel was average and the name Novotel was the only reason we chose this hotel. We had to catch our flight to Lourdes from Orly airport and the hotel receptionist had promised that she will arrange a taxi for us, as we had to leave the hotel on the 10th Feb. 7:15 AM to catch our flight. When we came down with our baggage at the reception at 7:10 AM, the receptionist casually said that they were unable to book a cab for us. She did not have the courtesy to inform us earlier so we could have arranged our own cab and we missed our flight and had to book a train to Lourdes.

The stay was very pleasant, courteous staff who helped to keep the luggage in cloak room as were early before the check in time, this helped us take a tour of the Eiffel Tower without the heavy luggage. Easy check in and check out process made the stay even better.
