    Outlook of this hotel is nice as compare to room, room needs to be better, its at basic level, but staff is too courteous helpful n humble. Even the food is amazing. It's location is far from city center but close to airport. But tuktuk is there to help u out. If rooms get some upgradation then this hotel is superb.

    Comfortable stay a bit far from town

    We had a comfortable stay. The pool, the resort staff and food were wonderful. The staff friendly. The resort is 15 minutes from the Airport, but slightly off the main highway, you are therefore dependent on the few tuk-tuks that hang out near the parking. On facilities the wooden floors can be noisy at times and the doors/lock and key system requires review by the management. We were initially upset that the free pick up from the bus station as was confirmed by Mr. William (the manager) did not arrive for the pick up! Nor did we receive a satisfactory reason for the let down. Anyway getting a tuk-tuk on our own was no problem. All in all it was a good stay. I would recommend the resort for 2-4 days stay for visiting the Angkor Wat archaeological sites and other areas of interest in and around Siem Reap.

    Location is too remote to main road and we can't walk up-to the main road, as the stray dogs scares a lot. We don't get the yuk yuk easily and they always charge two to five dollars more as everyone know we can't walk to main road and no other means of commutation available. No early check in or arrangements available to refresh until regular check in times.

    Great location of the hotel, near the main Road but very quiet and well-appointed

    The service is superb and the rooms are gigantic and very plush; lots of wood work all over the place. Hotel staff was very cooperative in terms of service, arranging transport (we had 11 people, so we needed big vans all the time, but it was never a problem).
