The hotel room was exactly as pictured. There was good complimentary coffee. Breakfast during the weekend was a little better with a pancake stand while it was missing during the week days. I didn't like the views. The surrounding is car parkings and buildings only. But if you spend the day in the SPA center it doesn't matter that much.

Spacious apartment, French bathroom cosmetics were provided. All staff was extremely polite. They made the room twice a day. Lindt surprise chocolate in the evening was a nice touch. Very reach quality breakfast. So was the dinner. Will definitely return!

That was a real 5 star experience. We really enjoyed this hotel and its many amenities. It was also perfectly suitable for small kids (we were travelling with our 2 years old child). Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! We will return.

We was in a Room Studio type. My opinion is that the room is small for studio. There is no table or sofa/ chairs, except these on the balcon. The fridge was almost full with things from mini bar and could not use it for what you like. The room was very clean. Spa center is good quality.

It's so important for us, because we sleep together with our daugther who is three years old. We are very satisfied with our stay in Lucky Bansko. Very good value for money, very clean and top service. There will be a new SPA centre with more swimming pools and attractions. I find this great, because the actual SPA centre is too small for all the guests. The food in the restaurant is very good, we booked also a dinner and were absolute satisfied. The hotel is also child friendly, they offered also children' beds and chairs, stroller and walkers, kids accessories (pots and feeding-bottle) on request. We will visit the hotel once again. Keep doing your good job!

It was really a very good value for money hotel. The hospitality of the employees was excellent, all of them were really very kind and polite and showed a high professionalism. The infrastructure of the city Bansko is very bad, but it has nothing to do with the hotel itself. The food was just perfect, it was very delicious. The wellness zone was also fine. We are very satisfied with our stay in Lucky Bansko. Very good value for money, very clean and top service. There will be a new SPA centre with more swimming pools and attractions. I find this great, because the actual SPA centre is too small for all the guests. The food in the restaurant is very good, we booked also a dinner and were absolute satisfied.
