Firstly, no communication regarding cancellation of the rooms at the last minute. Then rooms are without any toiletries ( even handwash. Smallest bathrooms that you can imagine no separate areas for shower or anything. Not a single closet or table to keep stuff. No fresh water bottles. Let me not start to describe the staff behaviour. Net net total disaster, i mean the whole experience is a disaster

Budget accommodation with awesome service

The hotel is located just on the corner of Pacific Highway and McLean street and can be easily spotted. There is plenty of parking onsite. We had a standard room which was on the ground floor itself and close to car park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to all amenities and shops. Beach is at 10 mins drive while the famous theme park Big Banana is another 6 mins drive from hotel. The hotel has a coin operated guest laundry. There is complementary breakfast as well.
