Location was perfect It’s at the starting point of one trail to Niagara Falls. Lobby & common sitting area is nicely built but Other services are not upto mark, permanent bad smell in lift, also coffee served at in-house Starbucks not meet its standard, no proper window/view in room, house keeping /room service is not good, inform front desk staff in morning 11 am for room service but till 5 pm no service was done and when call they said no one is available today for room service, washroom is not perfectly built and towels provided are of substandard quality. Overall it’s not a good experience.
