The rooms were good however the hotel staff and reception people were not accommodating with Indian tourists they charged us 8 pounds extra for 1 hour late check out though we had informed them in advance. while I saw this was not applicable to people from their own country .I felt this colonial mind set is still there.Highly disappointed .do not recommend

Close to Aldgate East Tube station very safe & friendly staff.

It’s close to Aldgate East Tube station very secure hostel it’s very neatly maintained i have only suggestion is they’re charging 5 GBP for Washing clothes & 5 GBP is for the dryer it’s too much i am coming from Hawaii & New York there it wad only 1.75 USD for Washing Management should reduce this as Hostel mostly occupied by students and budget travellers.

It’s close to Aldgate East Tube station very secure hostel it’s very neatly maintained i have only suggestion is they’re charging 5 GBP for Washing clothes & 5 GBP is for the dryer it’s too much i am coming from Hawaii & New York there it wad only 1.75 USD for Washing Management should reduce this as Hostel mostly occupied by students and budget travellers.
