Comfortable hotel. Crew are very friendly and helpful. That hotel is very close to green line of dubai metro. You must only walk few minutes to reach the station. The rooms are big and clean and the hotel is connected by shuttle for some sightseeing

Amazing stay experience with park apartments. The staff are very polite and cooperative. Breakfast was awesome. The chef came to us and modified ingredients as per our requirements. I would highly recommend this hotel

Courteous staff. The room was neat and clean. The property is a little bit away from the metro station and difficult to get a taxi as well. The sad part was breakfast being served in another hotel which was annoying and inconvenient as well.

It is a two star property or three star at max, you get hyatt regency for same price and it is right in front of park residency, very poor and late service whenever ask for any thing through reception

Stay place evrythng was good they gave us a non smoking room which was smelling full of cigarettes smoke and the sofa and few interioes wer jot cleaned well and also are really odl which doesnt suit the place.

Service was not at all good we had to call them multiple times and no one responds properly in the front desk apart from one lady they were rude in some times thats how they talk to the customers. Very much disappointed with the service. There are no images to upload im only talking about the service

The location and ambiance of the place was good. The staff was not friendly or hospitable but obviously had to help us when asked. We felt it more as we had just come from an exceptionally friendly staff from the Abu dhabi hotel. The room was worth its money and definitely fit for living long.
