The hotel staff were friendly enough, though one of the man who works there tried to run us down in a car (was he drunk? No idea and he apologised profusely afterwards). The room service served cold food (we were there in the winter). Their breakfast selection is TERRIBLE for vegetarians, especially for vegans. The bathroom smelled of sewage. No view from the room. The location is pretty good - close to the metro and to the sights of Sultanahmet.
