Very neat and elite hotel. I booked a Premier Superior room, it was spacious and beautiful. Everything looked new. Very good view from the windows. It is very close to the Sunday night market and 7-11 store. And you can get good Indian food in a small restaurant nearby.

amazing hotel and staff. very courteous and kind people work at the hotel right from the doorman, bellboy, reception staff to the housekeeping and restaurant team. everyone is always smiling and helpful. Room was large with a lovely view of the ocean and the city. always cleaned well by the housekeeping staff, nice comfortable bed. gym was large and offered lots of equipment. had an amazing time at the spa...spa staff are so warm and skilled at their work. overall an amazing place to stay...and of course the breakfast spread was fit for a king. we will come again and also recommend to others visiting.

We booked a room with pool access and it was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was very clean. The receptionist was friendly and helped us book a scooter and order food for delivery. The hotel was also pretty close to Ao Nang Beach.. just a 10-15 minute ride. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we paid 200 THB per person one day to try it. Honestly, it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend eating breakfast here.

Located in a walking distance from the Old Phuket town. Nearer to many good restaurants. Breakfast at Twist restaurant is excellent with courteous staff. Need to improve on the Hotel staff behavior - Receptionists and security were not hospitable.
