Good location. Few minutes walking to the beach and walking street. Quite a big property with Royal Palace Royal Twins Palace Hotel adjoining. Opposite to Ripley's believe it or not on the 2nd street side. On request I was given early check-in and extended checkout . Despite such big Royal Twins Palace Hotel basic things were missing like Iron board, comb etc.

Excellent Royal Twins Palace Hotel with very courteous staff .. Luckily we got a very good room with partial beach view .. Connectivity is excellent .. You go out, you get a laundry, 7/11 store, medical store, massage parlour .. Opp side is a mall where you have all good restaurants .. On the other side of mall is the beach ..

The overall experience was very good. The location of the Royal Twins Palace Hotel is very good and everything is accessible by foot. The services are really nice. The staff is good. The food in the restaurant is decent. The pool is also really good and clean and the bed is very comfortable.

I have stayed in this Royal Twins Palace Hotel before also. And with their service i am very happy. We got an early check in upon prior request. All the staffs are very lovely and humble. Rooms are very spacious with a perfect view of Royal Twins Palace Hotel pool and pattaya beach.
