Bad. Old building. Poorly maintained.

Apart from its excellent location on the beach road nothing else is good about this hotel. Poorly maintained with moist rotten room furniture, noisy ac and very old buildings. The pictures of the building posted are old and now has a lot of vegetation in the lawns.

Very untidy rooms. Especially the washrooms. Balcony steel pipes were rusted. No proper place to keep the luggage. It's not safe.

This is ressort and nice experience cleaning staff of this hotel don't know english and front desk some staff are excellent and friendly this hotel is in front of pattaya beach excellent for family this hotel lot of supermarket and indian restaurants available around this hotel if you call this hotel staff they will provide you indian food there is one stuff his name is bro is well captain very good behave other staff just okay anyway this is perfect place for family tourists.

It's just the room they offered me was the least last room available so they put me in the corner but property was 70% unoccupied, it's just the room was booked cheaper so they gave me last room just because i wasn't ready to give another 1000 tbh for an upgrade or a better view room, that's it, else it is a good property
